Effective: July 17, 2026
This notice describes the SkyVantage marketing website. It does not replace the privacy notices, contracts, or instructions that govern airline customer systems, passenger records, bookings, payments, employee data, or other operational services.
SkyVantage does not contract for or complete sales through this website. Every airline and enterprise engagement—including scope, pricing, service levels, billing, change control, termination, and remedies—is governed exclusively by a confidential, mutually executed agreement with that corporate customer. Website content and form submissions do not create, vary, or replace such an agreement.
Who controls this website
SkyVantage Corporation is the controller for this marketing website. Use the protected privacy request form for privacy questions or a copy of an applicable transfer safeguard, and the protected deletion-request form for a deletion request concerning website information.
What the website processes
Necessary delivery and security data
Web servers, firewalls, and reverse proxies process information needed to deliver and protect the site, which may include IP address, date and time, requested host and path, request method, response status, browser or user-agent details, referrer, and security diagnostics. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the site. The website application log stream is rotated daily with 14 retained rotations. Network and security records are retained under the applicable system's operational schedule, and records connected to an incident, legal duty, or dispute may be retained longer when necessary.
Consent and preference data
When you make a privacy choice, this site stores a first-party consent receipt containing the consent and policy versions, scope hash, timestamp, Global Privacy Control status, and category choices. The scope hash detects a material change to the declared tracker configuration and causes the site to ask again. The receipt does not contain your name or contact details and expires after 180 days unless you change it sooner.
Analytics data
SkyVantage uses Google Analytics 4 only after you explicitly accept analytics. Before consent, no Google analytics script, cookie, or page-view event is loaded. If you accept, SkyVantage measures allowlisted page paths, origin-only referrers, page-view events, device and browser metadata, online identifiers, and approximate location. Advertising storage, cross-service signals, ad personalization, automatic interaction measurement, and optional account sharing are disabled; email redaction and 30-key URL-query redaction protections are configured.
Information you choose to send
The contact, demo, support, privacy, deletion, and preference forms transmit the fields you choose to provide, security-verification data, and request metadata to SkyVantage and the service providers described below. SkyVantage uses that information to route and answer the request, take requested pre-contract steps, provide support, meet legal obligations, or honor a privacy or marketing preference. Retention is based on the request's status and purpose: information is kept while needed to respond, maintain an applicable business relationship, document a privacy or preference response, protect the service, meet legal duties, or resolve a dispute. A minimal suppression record may be retained as long as needed to honor an unsubscribe request. Provider systems may retain message metadata and content under their service configuration and contractual terms; contracts, disputes, legal holds, and law may require different periods.
Purposes and legal bases
- Site delivery, security, and fraud prevention: legitimate interests in providing and protecting the website and, where applicable, legal obligations.
- Analytics: optional and off by default. It starts only after consent, and withdrawal stops future collection and removes known analytics storage.
- Responding to communications: steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in business communications, or consent where required.
- Legal compliance and claims: legal obligations and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Who receives data
SkyVantage limits website data to providers needed for hosting, network delivery, security, and communications, plus optional analytics only when enabled and consented; professional advisers; a lawful business transaction; or a legal requirement. Cloudflare Turnstile receives the verification token and technical request data needed to detect automated abuse. Resend receives form message content, reply-address information, recipient and sender routing data, and delivery metadata to transmit the request to SkyVantage. Read the Cloudflare privacy policy, Resend privacy policy, and Resend data-processing terms. The exact vendor, domains, cookies, purposes, safeguards, and retention for every optional tracker are listed in the cookie policy.
International transfers
SkyVantage is based in the United States and requires its providers to use recognized safeguards when restricted international transfers apply. Cloudflare and Resend describe their applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards in their published privacy and data-processing terms. For consented analytics, the accepted data-processing terms use the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension, and, where those mechanisms do not apply, the relevant EU Standard Contractual Clauses or UK contractual clauses described in the provider's international-transfer information. Use the protected privacy request form to request more information or a copy of an applicable safeguard.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data; object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or legally defined sale/sharing; appeal a denied request; and complain to a data-protection authority. These rights are subject to local law and exceptions.
SkyVantage controls this marketing website. A request involving an airline booking, passenger record, or airline-operated service should normally be directed first to the relevant airline. Where SkyVantage processes that information for an airline customer, SkyVantage acts under that customer's agreement and instructions and will route or assist with the request rather than independently promise deletion.
Global Privacy Control is honored for targeted advertising and sale/sharing choices. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. The marketing website does not use analytics for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Children and sensitive information
This business website is not directed to children under 16, and the general cookie dialog does not authorize collection of passenger, payment, precise-location, health, biometric, children's, or other sensitive data. Do not submit such information through this website.
Changes and contact
Material changes to tracker purposes or categories cause the site to request consent again. We will update the effective date when this notice changes. Use the protected privacy request form with questions or rights requests.
