Unlock the full potential of air travel

How airlines can move from standards-aligned passenger-data export to configured transmission and supported automation.

Passenger and crew data work does not have to begin with a large integration. An airline may need a standards-aligned file for an existing portal, system-managed transmission through an authorized channel, or a fully automated Message Queue deployment that drives the configured workflow as flight and passenger records change.

Build the operating model around the airline

The useful question is not whether a workflow is “manual” or “automated.” It is which steps the airline wants the system to prepare, validate against configured rules, deliver, track, and recover—and which decisions remain with operators, providers, and authorities.

Messaging is a lifecycle

Depending on the configured profile, a complete operating flow may include passenger and crew lists, reservation data, additions and changes, response handling, close-flight steps, exception visibility, retries, and manual recovery. That is broader than generating a file once.

Standards meet authority-specific profiles

PAXLST, PNRGOV, CUSRES, and related EDIFACT/PADIS messaging provide common industry structures. Each implementation still depends on the applicable guide version, authority or provider profile, transport channel, onboarding, credentials, and airline configuration.

Keep vetting decisions attributable

Airlines can configure internal restriction and operator-review controls. SkyVantage can also orchestrate supported, authorized government or service-provider vetting interfaces. Official watchlists, screening, clearance, and enforcement determinations remain with those authorities and providers.
